In the following years, APOSMINI begins to gain devoted and loyal customers. In 1989, a new chapter in its journey starts. It becomes part of the TAI S.A. company’s portfolio and begins to further strengthen its presence, continuously evolving and upgrading its composition, faithfully serving its customers’ needs for cleanliness and deodorization.
THE HISTORY OF APOSMINI
BEGINS ΙΝ 1964
The history of Aposmini begins in November 1964, when the Greek chemist Gentidis, coming from Alexandria, Egypt, opens a small chemical laboratory in Kallithea and there, for the first time, creates the product APOSMINI. He bottles it in makeshift glass, returnable bottles, which were then used for bottling fresh milk, and distributes the product in small quantities to the local community. At the same time, in slightly larger packages, he distributes it to schools, hospitals, and places where animals were housed.
